Please pay below the amount shown on your emailed confirmation to reserve your Date/Time slot. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and while I understand that sometimes an adjustment is necessary I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my standby waiting list miss the opportunity to book an earlier lesson. I will confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the time is reserved for you a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give 48 hours notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50%. ‘No Shows’ will be charged 100% Thank you for your understanding.
